Purchased E.I. Robinsky Associates Ltd in 2000 and renamed it as Netherton-Robinsky Associates Ltd. Renamed again as Tailings Management Systems. When Netherton-Robinsky Associates and Streamflow Power (Canada) were amalgamatedunder the name Almarah Technical Services Inc. (ATS Inc.) in 2005, TMS and SFPC are retained as operational divisions of AST. President and Owner of, StreamFlow Power (Canada) 1988 and StreamFlow Power Peru SAC 1998 to 2006. Consulting, Design Services, and Project Management for Resource Development Projects. Mining, Hydro Electric, Irrigation, Water Supply, and Forestry. Recognized specialist, design and permitting of Water, and Tailings Dams, and Water Transmission Systems. Owner and President of DNE, small geotechnical company that expanded to the degree that it could offer full services to the Resource Development Sector. Including; Site reconnaissance, location and photogrammetric surveys, feasibility studies, soils investigations, environmental impact studies, final design, contract documents and specifications, construction QA and QC, long term facility monitoring, and on occasion, Mine Closure Documents for various mining facilities. Created StreamFlow Power in 1988, when Ontario government opened legislation for private generators. SFP acted as Lead Consultant in design studies and construction for private power groups and for several clients in the bid process for Publicly held Crown Energy Sites across Ontario. Project specific teams assembled as required to meet development requirements. From 1987 onward, responsible for at least one articling engineer in training, (EIT).
1981 To 1984
Held Senior to Chief Geotechnical Engineer positions - Mine Tailings International (MTI). Responsible for increasingly complex projects related to Tailings Management and Water Supply Dams. Project management, from reconnaissance to post construction monitoring, including coordination with Senior Management, and top levels of Government Control Agencies. Final internal review of project development by Dr. Bert Hoare P. Eng., PhD., president of MTI, also submitted to several externals, and government Review Boards. DNE was created when Dr. Hoare took ill, and it was mutually agreed that buying out MTI was not the best course of action for either party. Several MTI clients retained DNE at Dr Hoare's recommendation, and the associations remained in place. Dr. Hoare remained a close friend, a valued mentor, and at times, external consultant until his passing in 2007.

Attended University to obtain engineering degree at the encouragement of Dr. Bert Hoare P. Eng. of MTI and Mr. Fred Matich P. Eng of Geocon 1975.
1977 To 1979
Junior and Senior Project Supervisor positions at Toronto Office, Geocon 1975 Ltd. Worked in all aspects of Geotechnical Engineering Applications across Canada, predominantly with resource development sector. Senior team member in the Special Projects department of Geocon, working under the direction of Mr. Fred Matich P. Eng., President. Mr. Matich is now President of MAJM Corporation Ltd. and has become one of Canada's most respected geotechnical engineers. Mr. Matich remains a friend, a valued mentor, and at times, requested as an external review consultant.
1976 To 1977
Coordinator of Projects, Paulo Abib Andery PAA Sao Paulo SP Brasil. Served as coordinator and project supervisor for three very large mining developments in Minas Gerais State, developed in anticipation of large fertilizer needs for Brazil's Alcohol from Sugarcane Program. Coordinated various technical staff in reconnaissance studies, feasibility and final design level works. Phosphate extraction and beneficiation operations of 15,000, to 100,000 metric tons per day. W. A. Whaler and Associates from Palo Alto Ca., served as Specialist Geotechnical Engineers, and External Review Consultants.
1974 To 1976
Project Supervisor Heathwood Engineering Associates Kirkland Lake Ontario. Responsible for project development, design elements, supervision of engineering and technical teams, Construction QA and QC for large Tailings Management Facility at J&L Steel taconite beneficiation operation. Progress payments to $ 800,000.00 per month. Special Review Consultants to Heathwood, Dr. Bert Hoare MTI, Mr. Fred Matich P. Eng. Geocon, External for Michigan Mines Dr, Jorg Osterberg Northwestern University. Government Review Agencies; Ontario Ministry of Labor, Ontario Water Resources Commission, Ministry of Natural Resources and Department of Mines.
1971 To 1974
Spartan Aero, Kenting Earth Sciences , Ottawa Ontario, African Aero, Lagos Nigeria. Assistant and Senior Project Supervisor positions on Hydro Electric and Irrigation Projects such as the James Bay Hydro Electric Project, the Niger River Rice Irrigation Scheme, and the Gongola, Mada and Dep River mixed Hydro Electric and Irrigation Projects. Acted as project coordinator for African Aero -Kenting Earth Sciences and ShawMont (Shawinigan and Montreal engineering companies) personnel for last three projects. Responsible for crews of up to 100 professional and trades personnel during course of these projects. Feasibility level designs and information gathering studies; hydrology, control and photogrammetric surveys, geological and geotechnical studies, environmental and socio - economic studies, market research and liaison with local government agencies.
